Redfern Place is a 355 dwelling mixed tenure housing project being developed by Bridge Housing, a tier 1 community housing provider in Sydney, under a Project Delivery Agreement with Homes NSW.

Dan led the origination of this project for Bridge Housing through 2021/2 and continues to provide development management and strategic advisory.

Description: this mixed tenure residential project accommodates a spectrum of housing types including social, affordable and specialist disability accommodation, Bridge Housing’s new office headquarters and a 3,500 sqm community centre serving the wider neighbourhood. There is a generous public courtyard, resident rooftop gardens, and a combined basement for storage, bicycle and car parking.

While at Capella Capital, Dan led the team which bid the project with Bridge Housing, providing development, financial and commercial advisory services, structuring the project arrangements, and providing project leadership until Bridge appointed its project director. FERN and Capella continue to provide development management and financial arrangement services.

First Nations: the project is on Gadigal land. Yerrabingin has led engagement with the First Nation’s communities, which is ongoing.

Scale: c.$250m / 355 Dwellings, & 3,500sqm Community Centre on a 1 ha site
